A <br />number of our bonds come up for renewal on April 25, so we need <br />to have something in place by then. We should have no problem <br />getting a title insurance report and the Deed of Trust documents <br />to you by the week of April 20. The main problem we are having <br />is getting an appraisal by that time. As we discussed on the <br />phone today, I can get you a letter by the week of April 20 <br />stating the appraisal value of the property, with a full <br />appraisal report no later than one to two weeks after that. The <br />letter and appraisal would be done by an M.A.I. appraiser.
