Modification of Pastureland Production Sampling; <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company. Permit C-81-071 <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company is submitting this minor revision to modify the production <br />sampling of the pastureland reclamation. Production data will be collected by clipping life forms <br />and the single species Medicaeo tiva (alfalfa). The various life forms will be clipped, oven <br />dried, and weighed to the nearest 0.1 gram. The life form categories include shrub, perennial <br />grass, annual grass, perennialforb, alfalfa, biennialforb, annualforb, and undesirable perennial <br />forb. The data will be summarized in the usual fashion. <br />As you know CYCC will soon be submitting a technical revision for other facets of the <br />vegetation monitoring program.
