Ground water monitoring began in September 1999 and continued on a monthly <br />frequency for 15 months to provide baseline data that would characterize the <br />aquifers prior to commercial mining activity. Following the beginning of <br />commercial operations in October 2000, the monitoring program continued on a <br />monthly basis and to date includes over 15 operational quarters of ground water <br />data from each sampling location. <br />The following table shows the current constituents included in the ground water <br />monitonng program, the EPA method used for the analysis. the regulatory <br />standard from Regulation 41 and the classification of the standard from the <br />regulation.
