Box 449, Alamosa, CO 8 1 10 1-0000; (719) 589-6671, filed <br />an application to convert M-77-053, Lyle Smith Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials <br />Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is <br />located at or near Section 20, Township 30.5, Range 72.W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Costilla County. <br />The application decision is scheduled for January 15, 1997. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Costilla County Clerk & Recorder's office and <br />at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
