' Mr. Dennis Conn
D. Mans
-2-
June 20, 1989
Plates 4.O.A., 4.0.6 and 4.O.C present a orooosed B-Seam subsidence
monitoring network, to be installed above the first panels to be
extracted within the B-Seam. The orooosed subsidence monitoring
network is acceotable, with one exception. With the addition of a
subsidence monitoring network above the 1S, 2S and 3S Panels of the
Northwest Submain Entries, designed to verify the occurrence of
subsidence within the aooroved site of the Uooer Waste Pile (see
discussion above), the orooosed B-Seam subsidence monitoring program
would be acceotable. The application states that the B-Seam subsidence
monitoring nroaram will be designed to attain the same accuracy
specifications as the currently aooroved F-Seam subsidence monitoring
program.
A review of mans submitted with the technical revision has been
completed. Several mans do not have bar scales nor do they have a grid
of sections, townships, and ranges.
