Barna. <br />Division GReaor <br />October 18, 1990 <br />Re: Proposed Decision on New Castle Energy Corporation (File No. C-84-065) <br />Permit Revision 1 <br />Dear <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.07.4(2)(c) ofi the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal idining, you are hereby notified that the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division is proposing to approve, in part, the above <br />referenced permit revision as of October 19, 1990. The revision proposes to <br />reactivate the mining operation. Enclosed is a copy of the Division's <br />decision document. <br />The permit area affected by the revision is approximately 1.5 miles east of <br />New Castle, Colorado, and consists of the following lands: <br />Township bS, Range 91W, Section 1: Those lands in the NE/4 yet south of <br />County Road 335, lots 3 and 4, S/2, S/2 NW/4. <br />T6S, R90W, Section 6 <br />T6S, R90W, Section 5 <br />. T6S, R9UW, Section 8 <br />T65, R90W, Section 9 <br />All lands south of County Roau 335. <br />All lands in S/2 SW/4. <br />All lands in N/2, N/2 SE/4 and NE/4 SW/4. <br />All lands in S/2 NW/4 and S'd/4, <br />T65, R9UW, Section 15: All lands in NW/4. <br />~ T6 S, R90W, Section 1: All lands in NE/4 and N/2 NW/4, <br />TbS, R91W, Section 12: All lands in N/2 NE/4 and NE/4 NW/4. <br />T6 S, R50W, Section Tb: All lands in N/2 NE/4 and NE/4 NW/4. <br />A noncontiguous portion of the proposed permit area, in Lacy, Colorado, is not <br />being proposed fior approval at this tune; <br />T6S, R94W, Section 23: A portion of the SW/4 NW/4. <br />
