• • RECEIVED <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />JAN 22 2002 <br />Division of Minarets 8 Geology <br />Universal Peat Sand & Gravel, P. O. Box 158, Jefferson, Colorado 80456 has filed an <br />application to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for a Technical Revision to <br />an existing Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit. The <br />proposed Technical Revision would add 0.28 acres to the permitted area. <br />The Reclamation Permit and Technical Revision are for an open pit mining operation <br />known as the Wright Pit, located in the Southwest Quarter, Section 14, T8S, R76W, 6'" <br />P. M., in Park County. <br />The proposed future use of the land that would be added to the permitted area is <br />rangeland. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203,{303) <br />866-3567; or at the Park County Clerk and Recorder's office; or from the above-named <br />Applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the Park County Clerk and <br />Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be <br />received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p. m. on <br />
