<br />~ RECEIVED <br />JAN 2 2 2002 <br />NOTICE OF FILING Division of Minerals &lieology <br />AN APPLICATION FOR A TECHNICAL REVISION <br />TO AN EXISTING COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />FOR A CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS LIMITED IMPACT (110) OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PARK COUNTY: <br />Universal Peat Sand & Gravel (the "Applicant/Operator") has applied for a Technical <br />Revision to a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit from the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board {the "Board") in Park County. The attached <br />information is being provided fo notify you of the location and nature of the proposed <br />Technical Revision. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (the "Division") and the local county clerk or recorder. <br />The Applicant/Operator proposes to reclaim the affected Land to rangeland use. <br />Pursuant to Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local <br />Board of County Commissioners before approving of the post-mining land use. <br />Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed Technical <br />Revision.
