<br />RECEIVED <br />JAN 22 2002 <br />NOTICE OF FILING OivisionofMinerals8Ge0109y <br />AN APPLICATION FOR A TECHNICAL REVISION <br />TO AN EXISTING COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />FOR A CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS LIMITED IMPACT (110) OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE TELLER-PARK SOIL <br />CONSERVATION DISTRICT: <br />Universal Peat Sand & Gravel (the "Applicant/Operator") has applied for a Technical <br />Revision to a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit from the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") in Park County. The attached <br />information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed <br />Technical Revision. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology {the "Division") and the local county clerk or recorder. <br />The Applicant/Operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to rangeland use. <br />Pursuant to Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the Board of <br />Supervisors of the local soil conservation district before approving of the post-mining <br />land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed <br />Technical Revision.
