The amendment application requests authorization to, <br />' among other things, mine sand and gravel located within 200 feet of utilities or structures owned <br />by Public Service Company. Western Mobile is therefore required by the DMG to obtain the <br />notarized agreement of the utility or structure owner, in this case, Public Service Company, that <br />it understands that Western Mobile shall compensate Public Service Company for any damage to <br />any Public Service Company utility or structure that may occur as a result of Westem Mobile's <br />mining and reclamation activities associated wish Mined Land Reclamation Permit Amendment <br />1 No. M-74-015. If this is agreeable, please execute and notarize this letter and return it to me.
