Grantor shall <br />perait suah use of the surface o! the Proper'.y as may be <br />required to obtain and maintain all necessary approvals for <br />__ any right o! access to Highway 36; provided that the roadway <br />across the Property runs parallel and as close to the north <br />boundary line of the property as is tensible. Grantee shall <br />be solely responsible for all expanses assoeiatad with <br />applying for and obtaining any right o! access and malntaininq <br />such access i! granted.
