The amendment application requests authorization to, <br />among other things, mine sand and gravel located within 200 feet of utilities or structures owned <br />by the City of Longmont. Western Mobile is therefore required by the DMG to obtain the <br />notarized agreement of the utility or structure owner, in this case, the City of Longmont, that it <br />understands that Western Mobile shall compensate the City of Longmont for any damage to any <br />City utility or structure that may occur as a result of Western Mobile's mining and reclamation <br />activities associated with Mined Land Reclamation Permit Amendment No. M-74-015. )f this is <br />agreeable, please execute and notarize this letter and return it to me.
