Box 147, Fairplay, CO 80440; <br />(719) 836-2771, Ext. 283, filed a conversion application to Permit No. <br />M-80-252, the Jefferson Flat Pit, which is located at or near Section 6, <br />Township SS, Range 75W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Park County. The application <br />decision is scheduled for April 23, 1996. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Park County Clerk & <br />Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geolo9Y, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20> days <br />of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division.
