Finally, it does not appear that BRL has any indirect costs in <br />their estimate (costs like liability insurance, performance bond and administration fees). <br />In the Division's estimate, the indirect costs aze 28% of the direct costs, for an additional <br />$5,500.00. <br />Please review the Division's reclamation cost estimate and comment on whether it is <br />acceptable to BRL or not. <br />4.
