This tract of land contains 9.75 acres more or less. <br />A parcel of land (Parcel C) that lies wmpletely within the Burlington Northern Railroad <br />Company Right-of-way connects the two above described parcels being more particularly <br />described as follows: A line following the southern edge of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section <br />17. Township 2 North ,Range 68 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian for a distance of 76.55 <br />feet; proceeding northwest along the northeastern boundary of the Burlington Northern Railroad <br />Company Right-of-Way for a distance of 153.10 feet; then proceeding due south for a distance <br />of 76.55 feet; then following the southwestern boundary of the Right-of-Way southeast for a <br />distance ~~f 153.10 feet. This tract of land contains 0.18 acres more or less. <br />A parcel of land (Parcel D) is added to the eastern edge of the existing permitted area being more <br />particularly described as follows: Aline begins at the SW comer of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 <br />of Section 8 (Point of Beginning), and follows the southern line of Section 8 including the <br />southern line of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, and following the eastern line of Section <br />8 north for 200 feet, then a line extending NW to a point 200 feet north of the SW comer of the <br />N 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, and south along the western line of <br />the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8 to the point of beginning. This entire parcel <br />lies withun Section 8, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P. M. in the County of Weld, <br />State of (:olorado.
