Colorado 81526 RE: Technical Revision to pond Spillway Reconstruction at the Rd9~5ide & Cameo Mine four File No. C-81-041 TR ~Qil) Dear Mr. Reschke: We have received your technical revisinrt aoolication to revise your permit (File No. C-81-041) to conduct coal mining in Colorado. Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface foal Mining Reclamation Act. C.R.S. 3a-33-101 et seq., have been submitted: thus your technical revision application has been-teemed complete for the purposes of filing on the above date. A11 review and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. A copy of the technical revision aoolication, less any confidential information, must be filed for public inspection with the Mesa County Planner or Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions must also be made in this copy. The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the aoolication has been found to be satisfactory. You should commence publication of this advertisement as specified in Ru'.e 2.07.3.(7) of the Regulations with the exception that the publication need only be run once, and reference to the informal conference specified in Rule 2.n7,3(2)(d) should be deleted. Proof of the publication of the advert;sement must be filed with the Division as soon as available after the publication date.
