The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 4, Township SN, Range 56W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Morgan County. The application decision is scheduled for August 20, 2001. A copy ofthe application is available for review at the Morgan County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
