Mount, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist <br />RE: Ready Mixed Concrete Company, Bromley Lakes Pit, Permit No. M-87-049 <br />Please be advised that on June 12, 1995, Ready Mixed Concrete Company, whose <br />address and telephone number are 4395 Washington St, Denver, CO 80229; <br />(303) 292-1771, filed an amendment application (AM-001) to increase the major <br />disturbance by 20.2 acres and to use wet and dry mining at the Bromley Lakes <br />Pit, Permit No. M-87-049. The mining operation is located at or near Section <br />13, Township 15, Range 67W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Adams County. The <br />application decision is scheduled for September 11, 1995. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Adams County Clerk & <br />Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20> days <br />of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division.
