The Division has reviewed Sunland Mining Corporation's Apex Mine No. 2 Permit, C-81-011, <br />for compliance with the Act and Regulations. <br />Several items have been identified to clarify the permit text or resolve items that are not in agreement <br />with the regulations. A midterm findings document is enclosed.
