Banta. - <br />Div+s+on Director <br />On September 20, 1990 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />amendment application submitted to the Division on June 1, 1990, addressing <br />the addition of 149.2 acres to your permit area and adding developed water <br />resources to the future land use. 1'he terms of the AM No. O1 approved by the <br />Board are hereby incorporated into Permit Yo. M-78-052. All other conditions <br />and requirements of Permit Mo.
