PUBLIC NOTICE

Seneca Coal Company, 36600 Routt County Road 27, P.O. Box 670,
Hayden, Colorado 81639, has filed with the Colorado Division of
Minerals and Geology, a Technical Revision (No. 14) to the Yoast
Mine, Permit C-94-082. This revision addresses Stipulation No. 15
to the permit, and provides a stability analysis for the pond 014
embankment having a minimum static safety factor of 1.5.

change in land use is associated with this revision.
