~~ <br />State of Colorado ) <br />Las Animas County ) <br />AGREEMENT <br />Drs~~,~ y ~ <br />We the undersigned, Las Animas County and San Isabel Association, Inc., hereafter "San <br />Isabel" agree as follows: <br />WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Castillo aze the owners of a certain tract of land whose <br />legal description is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". <br />WHEREAS, Las Animas County, as Lessee and Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Castillo as Lessors <br />have entered into an agreement whereby Lessee mines and processes gravel. <br />WHEREAS, Lessees activities will be within 200 feet of a man made (power line) structure <br />owned by "San Isabel".
