~ ,e4 <br /> <br />8. Exhibit "A" attached hereto is a map showing the property, structures, proposed <br />and existing work. Andrew Castillo is the owner of the cemetery depicted on Exhibit "A". <br />"County" agrees to conduct excavation activities up to the North fence and East line <br />boundaries of the cemetery and will replace any fence removed by the "County". "County" <br />agrees to not excavate closer that 10' (ten feet) to the South and West line boundaries of the <br />cemetery unless agreed to in writing. <br />9. This agreement contains the full and complete agreement between Andrew M. <br />Castillo and Molly Castillo and "County". No agreements, representations, promises or <br />inducements have been made by either "Castillos" or "County" to the other, other than as <br />appears in this agreement. <br />10.
