Also, we have completed an updated reclamation cost estimate, taking into account
comments you submitted in a letter of August 13, 2007, as well as incorporating
additional cost changes to reflect TR-22 reclamation plan modifications that had not been
reflected in the original Renewal Cost Estimate (see October 3, 2007 memo from Jim
Stark, along with updated cost summary form and task sheets in Enclosure 2).
Please review the enclosed adequacy comments, and provide substantive responses
within 30 days. If you concur with the updated cost estimate, increased bond to bring the
total bond amount to at least $269,094.00 will need to be submitted to the Division prior
to issuance of a proposed decision to approve the renewal application.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Danie .Mathews
Environmental Protection Specialist
Enclosures
C: Denver File, w enc.
Gary Isaac, CAM Mining LLC (w/enclosures)
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines
