During this period RAG Empire will continue to adhere
to the requirements of its discharge permit and provide the Division with a copy of the
discharge monitoring reports.
The hydrologic data collected by the mine since the operation went into temporary
cessation does not reflect any significant impacts to the hydrologic regime. This data has
been presented in the Annual Hydrologic Reports submitted to the Division.
If there are questions, please contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
~i7~''e~2ULO' ~~/~;l/r!
Richard Mills
Environmental Manager
Filea:en\env\empiretrevrsionUr32\Ir32cover lever
