It <br />lies on a sandstone shelf above McElmo Creek. The pit area <br />is just North of Nielsons, Inc. office and shop and may be <br />more accurately described as part of the NW1/4 of Section 5, <br />Toxaahip 35 North, Range 16 West, N.M.P.M., to wit: <br />Beginning at a point in the NW1/4 of said Section 5 <br />from which the west one-quarter corner of said Section 5 <br />bears 569°30'W a distance of 2066 feet, <br />Thence 589°E a distance of 360 feet, <br />Thence N02°E a distance of 595 feet, <br />Thence N34°30'W a distance of 585 feet, <br />Thence N79°W a distance of 436 feet, <br />Thence 534°30'W a distance of 752 feet, <br />Thence 574°30'E a distance of 587 feet, - dalata <br />Thence 556° 25~ 53°E a distance of 965.6 feet to the <br />point of beginning, <br />Containing 20.4 Acres, more or lase. <br />
