Lonl; <br />D minion Dire<br <br />On November 2, 1992 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />amendment application submitted to the Division on March 20, 1992, addressing <br />the use coal ash backfilling in the mining and reclamation plans. The <br />additional financial warranty calculated as a result of this amendment <br />application is $206,241.00. This amendment application is approved pending <br />posting of the additional financial warranty with the Division.
