Following are Somerset's <br />responses to the Division's additional questions and comments. <br />1) -13) No response required. <br />14a - c) A discussion of the maximum 50$ recovery under flooded <br />workings is included on new page 2.05-4iii and revised <br />page 2.05-5. <br />Maps 5-007-C and 5-007-B were shaded as requested to show <br />the areas where recovery is restricted to 50$. <br />A commitment to address the possible large inflows from <br />drill hole #B during the upcoming renewal was included on <br />new page 2.05-39ivb. <br />14d) The underground sump shown on Map 5-007-B was labeled as <br />requested. <br />The Division's comment regarding taking the discharge <br />pond off-line is noted. <br />14e - g) No response required. <br />15 - 20) No response required. <br />21) Page 2.04-53i was revised to incorporate a statement that <br />the operator would augment the flow in the North Fork of <br />the Gunnison River if any reduction in flow from the <br />undermined ephemeral drainages or springs is attributed <br />
