Volume of topsoil <br />applied will be approximately 1500 tons per acre over approximately 44 acres of pit area <br />including roads. Topsoil materials wi[I be imported and will not entail the development of a <br />borrow area on Tezak property. <br />The $1500/acre estimate for highwall configuration covers the cost of drilling and 1>resplitting <br />the highwall area estimating 1000 feet of drilling per acre of exposed rock face, estimating drill <br />cost $0.55/foot drilled and blasting presplitting cost of $0.45/foot shot, $500/acre e~~timate for <br />bulldozer cost to prep drill and site and finish grade storm ditch grade to toe. <br />A 3.5% cost addition will be added to the overall Reclamation Cost Estimate Calculation for a <br />rounded off Cost estimate total of $219,600.00. <br />1 will be forwarding all documents mentioned above post haste as they are available:. I would <br />also like to review the methodology the Division would prefer to perform a safety frctor analysis <br />on the highwall plan as submitted.
