Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On February 9, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted on January 9, 2004, addressing the following: <br />• Installation of floodwater inlet and outlet structures at the perimeter of the eastern most of the <br />Bunn Ranch gravel pits. <br />By this approval, the terms of the Technical Revision No. 001 approved by the DMG aze hereby <br />incorporated into Pern3it No. M-1980-131, and the construction of the inlet and outlet structures may <br />proceed. Please note that construction must be complete no later than Mazch 31, 2004.
