Banta. <br />Division Director <br />RE: Meadows $1 Mine (C-81-029), Technical Revision 10 <br />Dear Mr. Archer, <br />The Division has reviewed the application for Technical Revision 10 <br />received from Sun Coal Company. The Division will issue a decision <br />on the revision February 21, 1992. To approve the revision, the <br />Division is in need of the following: <br />1. Replacement pages for the application that would delete <br />reference to variations in the woody plant density <br />requirements on the 23.54 acres of land owned by John A. <br />Eilts. <br />or <br />2.
