<br />Exhibit D -Mining Plan <br />Method <br />Topsoil will be removed and stockpiled prior to working an area. Raw material will then <br />be dozed into a hopper that feeds a conveyor belt running to a crusher. Crushed material <br />is then stockpiled or conveyed to an asphalt plant depending on the situation. <br />A frontend loader then loads the material into trucks on an as needed basis. <br />The crushing operation may occur once or twice a year depending on need an/or <br />availability of crusher plant. An asphalt plant could occupy the site on occasion. <br />No water diversions are anticipated. <br />Acreaee Involved <br />The crushing and/or asphalt operation will utilize a one to three acre area. Stockpiling <br />material will not involve more than one acre. In total, no more than five acres are <br />anticipated to be utilized at any one time. <br />Time Frames <br />Crushing will take one or two weeks once or twice a year. <br />The stockpiled material will be accessed on an as needed basis throughout the year, with <br />periods of daily use at times.
