Site SCF330 <br />(Lilly Mine, Last Chance Claim) was officially determined eligible on April 5, 1992. On that same <br />date it was determined by ow office that additional data was need to determine the NRHP eligibility <br />of SCF1095 (Garfield Mine, Little Annie Claim). <br />Should hwnan remains be discovered during mining activities the requirements under State law <br />CRS 24-80 part 13 apply and must be followed. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
