MCC has <br />submitted revised pages which updates the Identification of <br />Interests section in their permit. As the Office of Surface Mining <br />(OSM) has assumed the maintenance responsibilities for ownership <br />and control information of interstate companies, according to the <br />System Advisory Memorandum #20, the following information should be <br />changed in the AVS: <br />1. The officers and directors for Atlantic Richfield should be <br />updated to end: <br />Lodwrick M. Cook 07/01/95 <br />Albert Hoppe 05/01/95 <br />Edgar Germer 02/01/95 <br />Kathleen Trachte 05/01/95 <br />Karl Schmalz 05/01/95 <br />Stephen Molina 05/01/95 <br />Verification that these persons are no longer with Atlantic <br />Richfield is included. <br />
