Application
Dear Ms. Love:
On October 3, 2000, the Division of Minerals and Geology received a Succession of Operators Application
package to transfer Permit No. M-1981-302, the Deepe Farm Pit, from Western Mobile Boulder, Inc. to The
Regents of the University of Colorado, a body corporate. The Division is returning the application for the
following reason:
Notary for Western Mobile Boulder, Inc.: Mr. Scott G. Gudahl signed the SO application, for
Western Mobile Boulder, Inc., as Agent, General Manager. The notary for Mr. Gudahl needs to change
the notarization from Scott Gudahl as Vice President of Lafarge Corp. to Scott G. Gudahl as Agent,
General Manager of Western Mobile Boulder, Inc.
When the Division receives the corrected SO application and the documentation from The Regents of the
University of Colorado showing that the Chancellor is authorized to sign on the behalf of The Regents the
