Exhibit "H'; Page 2 <br />• Wildlife /njormation • <br />Triantos Cravel Pit <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife Ss providod for use by <br />the Land Reclamation Board in their consideration of a mining permit <br />for Black Lat Pit ( Triantos Farms) <br />The Colorado Division of Wildlife does hereby find, to the best of our <br />knowledge, that the impact of the proposed mining operation on wildlife <br />will be <br />X minor <br />moderate <br />major <br />Mine Location: <br />NWI;, SWI;, Sec. 21, T.15S., R.96., 6th P.M. <br />Wildlife Species List: (may be attached) <br />Pheasant, Coyote, Misc. Rodents, Cottontail Rabbit, Gambles Quail, Bobcat <br />Misc, Songbirds Mourning Dove, Raccoon, Skunk, Raptors. <br />Endangered Species Impacted: <br />None <br />Assessment of Impact on Wildlife: <br />The major impact will be on Pheasant and Gamble Quail populations. <br />Surrounding habitat should absorb displaced wildlife with no <br />problems. <br />Mine Reclamation Recommendations: (may be attached) <br />Proposed reclamation plans are acceptable although a return to. total <br />agricultural use would be most desirable. Two five acre tracts could <br />however, provide sufficient amounts of ground cover to sustain the <br />original population of wildlife species. <br />Prepared by George H.
