Mining in gnd h 1 and #7 <br />++ould not comnrense till late August. depending on the amount of resources avaliable existing at floe <br />Rrillburn Pn. Grid #1 would only be leveled in agreement with Corn Construction. This +ras for future <br />site preparuion of Noland Inc, This would enhance the area for both reclamation and site preparation. <br />This area Dill not be used bti Coen. Area #3 and #S sniff be leveled. Bntsh and other deliterous material <br />,rill be str~ckpilcd on the Nosh West corner of area #4 to be burned, then to be returned +eith the <br />overburden upon commencement of origional plan. Plant site ofcrushing spread ,rill be m area ri5 and <br />part of #3 Srockpilcs will b, placed in areas #3 and #5 adjacent to crusher. This n ill enhance the reclaimation process and reduce the vertical wall <br />non in e.+sistaucc Slope w ill be determined by depth of gravel. <br />The ra-disuubcd areas will 6c improved over old disturbed area due to leveling of site. This grcath <br />enhances reclaimation. The pit Roor will be leveled through out #7, #9. and #11 as mining ads;utces. <br />Leveling throughout the previously distrutbod areas greatly expedites reclaimation in the event of a Horst <br />case scenario.
