Our adequacy questions follow. <br />Hole FF <br />1. Please describe the status of negotiations with and/or access approval from the Colorado <br />Departrnent of Transportation, pertaining to use of the highway right-of-way to access <br />site FF. <br />2. Please provide the approximate timeframe for obtaining and submitting the pending wildlife <br />surveys and cultural surveys. <br />3. Does MCC plan to retain this hole (FF) as a monitoring well? <br />Hole EE <br />1. Please describe the status of the applicable coal lease and/or exploration license. We assume <br />exploration will be conducted under Lease COC-56447. Is this correct? <br />2. Please discuss the status of the required USFS approvals for this site (EE). <br />3. Please review the road and pad development and reclamation sections of this application <br />pertaining to site EE. Please update and amend all pertinent aspects of these and all other <br />relevant sections, as needed, to ensure consistency with any provisions required by the USFS <br />for the site (EE). <br />4. Please provide approximate timeframes for submittal of the required wildlife and cultural <br />survey materials for this site (EE). <br />5. Does MCC intend to retain this hole (EE) as a monitoring well? <br />
