«- M III IIIIIIIIIIIII <br />%~ EXHIBIT E <br />RECLAlIATION PLAN <br />mOPf~R PTT <br />Reclamation practices will be conducted on each stage ~~hen it.is produced as <br />described in the mining plan. <br />The goal of reclamation is r.o return the site to rangeland, once mining is <br />completed, and in an ecolog>caiiy balanced, stable watershed condition. <br />Impacts to resources will not be significant during mining. The ensuing <br />reclamation offers an opportunity to improve quality of rangeland, later <br />resources, wildlife, and air quality on the site. <br />Reclamation will consist of several Steps including bacl;sloping cut banks, <br />grading, contouring water control structures,. ripping hardpans, fertilizing, <br />mulch/traifier (polyacrylamide), seed bed preparation, and seeding with <br />grasses, (orbs, and shrubs: Reclamation practices .gill also follow <br />Attachment Wumber one ' <br />Eventually when the entire operation area has been produced the access road <br />will'be reclaimed, <br />Top soil/subsoil.xill be replaced to a depth of not lass than txenty (20) <br />inches. <br />Backslopes xill be graded at 5:'1 and any fill material will be compacted for <br />stability prior to seeding. <br />-18- <br />1 <br /> <br />
