Asbestos Corltafning <br />Materials Survey <br />4629 North Overland Trail <br />La Porte, Colorado <br />The confirmed and assumed ACMs are summarized in detail by structure or area in the <br />Tables of Findings located in Appendix B of this report. The following general <br />summary of findings provides an overview of the types and locations of ACMs site- <br />wide. <br />• Finish (skim coat) textures on cinderblock and concrete in the Cooling Pond <br />Building and the Bulk Loading Building. (Refer to the attached site figure for <br />sfmcture locations). <br />~\ <br />• .Drywall texture, wall plaster, and pipe insulation throughout the Plant Office. <br />• Remnant pipe insulation, debris, and associated contaminated soils in the <br />Finish Mill. <br />• Refractory putty, remnant pipe insulation, pipe insulation debris, and <br />associated contaminated soils in the Boiler House. <br />• Vibration dampeners on the bag houses associated with the Raw Materials <br />Silo. <br />• Pipe and tank insulation in the Quarry Shop. <br />^ ACM transite panels and pipes in the Laboratory "A"Building and associated <br />Storage Building. The Laboratory "A"Building also contains ACM pipe <br />insulation, ceiling texture in the resffooms and sheet flooring materials. <br />• Sheet flooring in the Supervisors Office. <br />• Pipe insulation, and stored ceiling tiles in the Machine Shop. <br />• Refractory linings in the abandoned boiler stored neaz the Coal Unloading <br />Area. <br />• Gaskets throughout the site that are internal to various process components <br />such as air conveyors, pipe flanges, vibration collars, dust collectors, ducting, <br />etc. contain both friable and non friable asbestos. <br />• Window glazing putty on older multi-paned windows throughout the site <br />contains asbestos. <br />ywo w.rmr m`..mv s~i•d ~++v.a ~ w•r=w e.,c, •.wy~.~.,.y nor zraozex <br />
