Aggregate Industries I- WCR, inc. is now <br />the permiVed operator of the I.oloff Mine, and as such, is responsible for all provis'~ons in Permit No. <br />M-1985-112, as well as those speciSed in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is the Performance Warranty, which was origiDally provided.
