Deluzio <br />This letter is to inform you that the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />will continue the formal public hearing that was initiated December 13, 1988. <br />The Board on that date made a motion to continue the hearino nn March 22-23 <br />for the purpose of rnviewing the Division of Mined Land Reclamation's request <br />that the Board declare the performance bond in the amount of $140,000.00 for <br />the Peerless Resources Inc. Coal Gulch feline (Permit No. C-84-067) as <br />forfeited. The area affected by this action is contained within the permit <br />area of the Coal uu"ulch feline, including portions of Sections 15, 27 and 22, <br />T35N, R10W, N. M. Prime Meridian in La Plata County. The hearing will be held <br />i•tarch 22-23, 1489 in Room 220 at the address belo~v.
