The reclamation permit No. M-77-300 for this operation is a Hard <br />Rock 112/UG permit for metal mining. <br />Cotter Corporation is requesting a Technical Revision to Permit No. M-77-300 t}lat adds 5.77 <br />undisturbed acres to the existing affected acreage. The addition of 5.77 acres will be offset by a <br />reduc[ion of 6.49 undisturbed acres that have been released from further reclamation liability under <br />Revision No. AR-1 dated April 30, 2001. This addition and deletion of acreage where no <br />disturbance has occurred is being requested under the Mineral Program Policy dated March 28, <br />2000 (see Attachment A). The location and quantity of the acreage to be added and t'1e offsetting <br />acreage previously released from further reclamation liability are depicted on the atta~=hed Exhibi[ <br />C, Figure 1 "M-77-300 Affected Land Area Revision." A completed permit amendment application <br />and the Technical Revision fee of $150.00 are attached to this technical revision request.
