filed an amendment application to Permit No. M-80-120, the Koenig Gravel Pit,
which is located at or near Section 13, Township 2N, Range 67W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Weld County. The application decision is scheduled for
November 14, 1995.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology,
