Rox elder (:1crr net;rnulul is the <br />pralominnnt un-site overstury vegetation, with chokecherry (Prumr.~• virKininnn) <br />comprising the major undergrowth. Some ul'the box elder stems arc 14" diameter at <br />hrcast bright (Df3i 11 and .i0--3t1 Icet tall. Appro.xintate 60(1 feet of the access road goes <br />through aspen 1l'opules Irc•nrulnidr.~l and chokechem', with scattered Gambol oak <br />((,)ucreus gambclii) in the drainage. '1 he north side ot~the access road and drill site is <br />vegetated with the (iambcl oak, chokrchem. scrvicebem' (;Imr~lanrhiurulnl/uliul and <br />snowberry (St'mplrorirarrus orenphihrai, while the south side is vegetated with Douglas <br />fir I /'.~~'urlntcu.~u rnr'rcic•siii the primary overstury component.
