This is Permit M-91-035 for the Western
Aggrecates Inc., Conda/McKay Pit. This pit is sometimes referred
to as the Bluestone Pit.
The DMG did indeed receive the Amendment 001 application on 4/27/94
which was made complete on 5/6/94. The amendment proposed, among
other things, increasing the permit and disturbed areas by
approximately 425 acres. The DMG did subsequently review and
approve Amendment 001 with conditions on 4/26/95. No increase in
reclamation bond amount was associated with the amendment. The
conditions included two stipulations which are attached to this
memo. Neither stipulation has been satisfied to date.
If you need further information on this permit please let me know.
cc: H.
