<br />Eric Lindgren, dated August 1, 1998, received by DMG on August 3, 1998. Issues raised
<br />by Mr. Lindgren included inadequate notice for public comments, concerns for noise and air
<br />pollution, times of operations, truck traffic, compliance with EPA regulations, and the
<br />operation becoming a nuisance for local residents.
