Lunti <br />Division Dvec br <br />The Informal Conference for the Tozer Pit amendment application occurred at 9:10 a.m., <br />on 9/30/98, at the Montezuma County Annex, 107 North Chestnut, Cortez, Colorado. The <br />Informal Conference was scheduled in response to written objection submitted by Eric <br />Lindgren. The Tozer Pit is permitted to and operated by Montezuma County. <br />Present at the Informal Conference were Brian Kimmel--Permitting Agent for Montezuma <br />County, Randy Smith--Montezuma County Road Department, Lloyd Everett--Montezuma <br />County Road Department, Wally Erickson--DMG, and Tom Gillis--DMG.
