As <br />denoted upon the enclosed Map 9A, and the accompanying summary <br />table, CYCC has completed the majority of those stocktanks proposed <br />under TR-89-26. Stockpond construction has conformed to State <br />Engineer's construction criteria and have a capacity of less than <br />2 acre-feet as previously stipulated in Technical Revision 89-26 <br />(Small Livestock Water Tanks). <br />As noted in the map update plan submitted with the Permit Renewal, <br />information on Map 9A will be incorporated into another map in the <br />near future in order to clarify tank locations, etc. <br />Should you have any questions or comments, please contact me at <br />your convenience. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Marcus A.
