~iif iiiiiiiiiiiii iii 999 PUBLIC NOTICE NCIG Financial, Inc., 2768 Compass Drive, Suite 101, Grand Junction, CO, 81506, has submitted an application for a Technical Revision to the Division of Minerals and Geology, for its Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine, mining permit No. C-84-065. The proposed revision will remove a pipeline corridor from the permit boundary. The pipeline corridor is a strip of land approximately 400 feet long and 25 feet wide which extends north from the county road to the Colorado River, originating just east of the mine entrance road. The mine permit area is located in portions of the following described lands. The mine is located approximately 3 miles east of New Castle, south of the Colorado River in the Grand Hogback region in Garfield County. The revised Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine permit area is located on the U. S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute Storm King Mountain and New Castle Quadrangle maps. Township 6 South. Sec. 9: S'/~NW'!,, SW'/, Sec. 15: NW'/. Sec. 16: N'/=NE'/,, NE'/,NW%, A copy of the proposed revision is available for public inspection at the Garfiield County Clerk and Recorder's office, Glenwood Springs CO, and at the offices of the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman St., Room 215, Denver, CO, 80203, (303) 866- 3567.
